I cannot connect it to iTunes. I have an error 0XE8000024 that says, "iTunes could not connect to this iPad. An unknown error occurred." I already tried holding down the Home button and on/off button a dozen times.
I keep on getting a black screen with a "white apple" icon that comes on and off.
