Unknown Icon - (Trying to Boot from Install Disk)

Quick background: Mac Mini (this one) died and won't boot. Spinning Gear on start-up. Tried Safe Mode, AHT, resetting PRAM, SMC, etc. all with no luck

Tried to boot from Snow Leopard install disk (holding down Option on boot). Computer kept ejecting disk. Finally it found the install disk and I selected it.

THIS image popped up. Anyone know what it is? I can't find it online because I don't know how to describe it! Ha. Thanks.
