Hi My Ipad is locked up. Holding down power button dose nothing excep some times sirry comes on. It sayes NOT ENEOUGH STORAGE. I telles me to go to icloud settings but i cant from ipat. it is locked. I downloaded most recent Icloud program to PC when I try to manage settings Computer lockes up.
