Well Good Luck with that. But as soon as they see liquid damage they will Void the warranty and any repairs, whether cause by the liquid or not, will be at your expense.

Again

Good Luck & Best Wishes.

Apple told me it's still under warantee. So We'll see If they can fix the logic board with no charge. That would be sweet. Moment of truth, in 4 hrs.

Well I hate to tell you this but if you are still within the warranty period and you didn't buy Applecare then the system is fairly new, Less then a year old and to find a Logic board for any newer Mac will be almost, if not totally, impossible. Apple does not sell parts to consumers, IE regular people. They only supply parts to Apple stores and sell parts to Apple Approved Repair Centers.

Once again

Good Luck (and I mean that) & Best wishes.

Thanks guys, I went to Apple and they said $750 to fix it. The worst part is that they didn't even want to tell me if the battery is bad, Although I already know that the battery is good since I tried it in my other 13 inch mac.

I guess All I have left is to take it apart again, take the speak and the fans out then deep wash it with water then blow dry it and then clean it with acetone to see if it will work.

If not then I have to get a refurbished logic board.

Quick question guys; I'm gonna wash out the sugar from the coke that was spilled on the logic board, just to see if it works before I purchase a logic board.

Aside from the fan and the speaker, do I need to remove the heat sink before submerging the board in water?

Have any of you wash a logic board before with deionized water, dry it with air compressor?
