Mar 29, 2013 2:38 AM in response to PatricJuelby Angela Hamm,I'm having same problem! Been on the phone for hours with tech support, they sent me a new phone it worked fine for about a hour now it's doing the same thing. I've tried all their suggestions and am tired of it. We have 3 iPhone 5 and 5 iPads and mine is the only one with the wifi problem. I told them not to update their software because mine was fine until I did the software update. Could a bad SIM card cause this problem?

Mar 30, 2013 4:21 AM in response to PatricJuelby XPhyle1964,My experience with the ios 6.1.3 problems are a little different. I am not having wi-fi connectivity issues, but my battery appears to be draining at an alarming rate. On a full charge, with all apps closed, I can go to sleep, and when I wake up, my battery will be down to 1%. I called Apple, and they did a diagnostic via text, and said that my battery was showing fully charged. The phone had been on a charger for approximately 1 1/2 hours as I was afraid it would completely die if I removed it. I left it on the charger for another hour or so, and then removed it. Later that evening, my wife was playing with the location services settings, when the battery indicator instantly jumped to 100%. What I'm wondering is if the issue I'm having (and perhaps other iPhone users), is not the battery life, but is in fact, the battery indicator. Is anyone else experiencing this version of the 6.1.3 issues?

Mar 31, 2013 4:24 PM in response to PatricJuelby MarcRoh,I am having the same issue with the greyed out WiFi on my iPhone 4S. I have recently updated to 6.1.3.
Have followed all the possible solutions given by Apple support and still nothing.
After putting in the fridge, it allowed me to turn back on, but it couldn't find any networks, just to turn back to be dimmed after 15 minutes.
That's clearly an issue with 6.1.3, I'm afraid that this will cause hardware damage and it won't be solved by any new software updates.
Will Apple report on it???

Apr 1, 2013 4:15 PM in response to razmee209by Sid Harper,Apple have introduced a serious issue in 6.1.3 and all my iOS devices are affected except for one on which I have not accepted the update. Absolutely nothing else has changed in my home. And searching the issue shows many many many people are suddenly hitting this issue with 6.1.3.
Come on apple admit the issue and fix it or let us go back to 6.1.2 which works just fine.
For the helpful people here talking about rebooting and upgrading routers, I'm sorry to say that whilst your suggestions are valid generally for isolated issues, it is utterly UNTRUE for anyone to claim that 6.1.3 is not the culprit.

Apr 1, 2013 6:50 PM in response to Sid Harperby JD205,Sid Harper, you are correct. This is a joke. Went to Apple store and they tell me I should buy a new one. What a scam! Phone is 13 months old and I am a LIGHT user. Even have a second one for work so this one gets very little use. Unbelievable.
