Problems changing recovery email for Apple ID.
For the past months I have been unsuccessfuly working with the Apple Support Team in changing my recovery email to change my passwords. I have tried unsuccessfuly to change it as it fails to reset the email. I thought at first it may be because of the browser I was using but it had failed using Safari, Firefox AND Chrome. Has anyone had this problem also? And if so how was it resolved/not resolved?
