How do I change my store to USA on my iphone

I just bought this phone and can not download nothing it say the store is mexico

Go to Settings > iTunes & App Stores > Apple ID > View Apple ID > enter password > Country/Region to change. but you mus have a valid account in the US store for that to work. You must have an address in the US and a credit card valid in the US.
