6.1.3 won't finish updating on Ipad 2
My ipad 2 has been stuck on updating IPad firmware for 20 minutes. Any suggestions or how to unconnect the IPad from the computer?
What do yo see on the iPad screen? Do you see the white progress bar? Sometimes it can take a little bit of time to finish. But of the progress bar has been stuck at the same place for 20 minutes, then that's a different issue.

However, if the progress bar is moving, even very slowly, five it a little more time and it may finish installing.
