App Store won't let me get some apps

Try signing out of the itunes and app stores under Settings>itunes and app stores tap your apple id then hit sign out. Go back to the App store and tap the app and see if it then will prompt for your Apple ID and password and then download.

Try and reset all settings on the device you can do this from Settings>General>Reset>Reset all settings, this wont wipe out any actual information on your device just your settings so you will need to reconnect to wifi and setup a passcode if you had one.

Before you restore the device - go back to restrictions and make sure that there are checkmarks next to all of the age groups and all apps. You can disable restrictions and still have those content restrictions set. Just check to make sure. You may have to make restrictions again to get back in there.

My account clearly tells me that I have more than ten dollars in it, when I go and download the "pages" app for school($9.99 app) it tells me that I have insufficient funds for the transaction?? I have tried signing out and everything but it still tells me I don't have enough funds for it but once I view my account it says I have enough....please help me!!!!!

I would try a reset then hold down the home and power buttons at the same time until you see the silver apple, let go then give it another try.

What so you mean when you said that it is "light grey like the app no longer exists."? What is light grey...the free button? The app icon?

Did you check Settings>General>Restrictions>Allowed Content>Apps?

i would disable restrictions completely on your device Lee to see if that works.

The app is rated 17+. Once you allow all apps it should work for you.
