Can you un-update an Ipod Touch 5th generation?

I recently updated my IPod 5th Gen. to 6.1.3 and it has become very slow and lags a lot. Is there any way I can un-update it back to 6.1.2 or 6.1.1? On those updates it worked fine and I would like to temporaraly go back to them... any help is appreciated!
