Q: Can I upload a PDF file to iCloud & open it on my iPad?

Can I upload a PDF file to iCloud & open it on my iPad? Is there an app specifically for iCloud or do I just need a PDF reader app for the iPad?

 

Sorry, I'm new at this community help thing. Seems like a lot of hoops to go through to ask a simple question that I have no idea if it actually got posted or if & when anyone has seen it.

    I believe uploading a PDF to iCloud from your Mac only allows you to share them with other Macs.   An alternative is to upload them to Dropbox, then use the Dropbox app on your iPad to read them from your Dropbox account.
