Q: why doesn't apple support camcorders that use tape over usb 2.0? windows allows you to so why is Apple behind on this and seems to be ignoring it! firewire is not needed for video transfer.
can anyone get apple to do the right thing and support usb 2.0 for video transfer on a camcorder with tapes? firewire isn't needed for this>
