Update 6.1.3 Has Caused Ipad To Stop Working

Hi

My Ipad has stopped working whilst updating to 6.1.3.

Screen stuck on picture of USB into Itunes picture.

Itunes say Ipad is in recovery mode and needs to be restored.

I have tried holding home button etc and connecting to Itunes. Nothing working.

Ipad only 2 weeks old and was working brilliantly beforte this update.

Any help appreciated!
