Lion, need location of ical data

I tried to use iCloud and got my calendars really messed up.

Now on my MacBook I have no calendars available.

My iPhone has a current calendar but does not seem to load into the Mac via sync thru iTunes.

If I go back to the iCloud I will get many duplicates.

What I want to do is find the location of iCal data on the Mac and use Time Machine to reload my calendars.

Any suggestions will be appreciated.
