I have an ITunes account but when I want to download an app this thing will pop out " this I'd has not yet use something in the I tunes store " then they want me to choose wich card I want to use and I know that there is something that is "none" so help!!

What should I do I tried to do a new account like what all the other people advise but no use !!

iPad 2, iOS 6.1.2
