Can I put a password on for every transaction?

Is there any way I can put a password on for chargeable updates?? I paid for one game on my sons iPad and he updated on a free game and it charged me £40 twice, and then two other transactions!

I know it is a common problem with kids using these things but can't seem to find any answers..

Depending upon what version of iOS that you have on your iPad you might have a Settings > General > Restrictions > Require Password setting which you can set to Immediately. You can also turn off in-app purchases via the Restrictions screen

If you've been charged twice for the same purchase then you can try contacting iTunes support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
