Itunes crashes everytime I want to add music files.

Hi,

I have this really annoying problem of my itunes encountering a problem each time I want to add a song to the library of itunes. I have reinstalled, deleted a specific folder that some people on the internet said could solve the problem but it doesn't work! It crashes everytime I want to add a file.
