Cant restore my ipod after my update failed

I tried to get out of iOS 5.1.1, and tried to update my ipod 4G to iOS 6.1.3 via itunes, but it failed

Now my ipod is on Recovery mode, and I cant turn it off or turn it on.

I tried to restore it via iTunes, but the progress bar get stucked in 30%, sometimes in 50%, but never finish

I tried another PC too, but no success

Can anyone help me?

Bring your iPod Touch to Apple Reseller or AASP.

OR Make an Appointment from Genius Bar.

- Try DFU mode and then restore

- If not succesful then the Apple store.
