How do I remove credit card info completely from my apple id

I've tried everything guys and I only have an iPad to do it on... I have $30 iTunes credit and its not letting me use that. It's telling me to update info

Change Payment Information

Settings>iTunes and App Stores>Apple ID>View Apple ID>Sign-in>Payment Information

Guys it doesn't work.. I've been through everything people are saying 'none' button.. There isn't any none button
