Plantronics Explorer 395 won't reconnect to Iphone5

Hi. I have a Plantronics Bluetooth that will pair and work immediately with my new iPhone 5 but once I switch the headset off it will not reconnect. I have to delete pairing and start again.

Can anyone advise? Or recommend a headset that is known to work with iphone5

I am aware of issues with IPhone 5 and Bluetooth.. My plantronics works perfectly with my Sony Erricsson Xperia Arc
