I can't get my ipad and my iphone to print via airprint hp photosmart 7520.
newest firmware is installed.
Same wifi environment as imac.
Printing from imac via hp photosmart does function without any problem.
Printing pictures from ipad via hp eprint-app does function too.
Even the apple helpdesk couldn't find a solution yet.
Any ideas??

It should be working. The Photosmart 7520 supports AirPrint, so that shouldn't be the issue. Check the iPad's AirPrint cue to see if there is something in it that may be blocking communication. Tap the button on the front of the iPad twice to bring up the list of running apps. One of the apps should be Print Center. Print Center should have a number next to it. That's the number of print jobs stuck in the cue. Touch Print Center and the print cue will open. To cancel the print jobs in the cue, select one and touch cancel. You will only be able to cancel one at a time, so I would cancel the last one sent first. The reason you want to do this is that canceling the first job stuck in the cue may let all the other jobs start printing. If you have a lot of the same thing in the cue, that could waste a lot of paper. Let me know if that works or not.
