i just resored my ipood, now itunes won't reconize it. i can't get any of my music. what do i do???

it stilll works fine, but all the data is gone. when i plug it in to itunes, it says, "and unknow error as occored'
Is theis the complete wording of the error message "and unknow error as occored', usually an error number or other information is also given.
"Itunes could not connect to this ipod. an unknown error occurred (OxE800000A)'
i just restored my ipod, now itunes doesn't appear on itunes. what do i do? i want my music back
