the feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavialable

i cannot access my itunes library. when i try to uninstall itunes it reads 'the feature you are trying to use is on a network resources that is unavailable" this started to happen months ago when i tried to upload a new version of itunes

Which particular .msi file (or files) does the message (or messages) go on to say cannot be found? (Several different .msi files might be mentioned in this context: itunes.msi, bonjour.msi, AppleSoftwareUpdate.msi, etc.)
