Updating iPad mini to IOS 6.1.3

Need help!


Updating my iPad mini 64gb Wifi to IOS 6.1.3 and now all I am getting is a blue screen. No response from any buttons.

Try to reset the iPad by holding the sleep and home button for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again. You will not lose data by resetting.
