im having problems setting up airplane express after i plug it in and i get the green light i go to the network bar im not getting a setup screen do i need to download software from apple? it does show the router but its locked?

is there a wifi fan at the top of your computer? if so, click on that and click create network. or you can try opening aiport utility on your imac and set it up from there.
i did all that the fan shows ae with a lock symbol and wants a password that i don't have
hey, i went out of town so i'm gonna post this just in case you didn't get it solved: try to do a hard reset and reset it up.
