Q: Itunes will not loads but interface is all white and does nothing.

When i try to open my itunes store, it downloads but it is all white and i still have the tool bar above along with the search and play buttons as well. It has been like this for about 5 months and i cannot figure out a solution to fix it. Someone please help

Doublechecking. Is it continually saying "Accessing iTunes Store"?

Yeah it says this everytime and then after it stays all white

With those symptoms, I'd try the following document:

Apple software on Windows: May see performance issues and blank iTunes Store

(If there's a SpeedBit LSP showing up in Autoruns, it's usually best to just uninstall your SpeedBit Video Accelerator.)

I've downloaded the autoruns program and the only publsiher shown is Bonjour from Apple and it doesn't explain what to do if this is the only thing shown

Okay. We might be looking at damage to the Winsock key(s) rather than a conflict, then.

If that's what is afoot, we might be able to clear the key(s) manually.

Okay i have to restart the computer and i'll let you know if my ITunes Store is working again
