Q: where do i find old videos that i had

I want to find some old videos that I deleted off my phone but I saved to I cloud

iPhone 4S, iOS 6.1.1

Video files are not saved to icloud like your photos may be.
Photos from your "camera roll" could be part of your Photo Stream but videos shot on your iOS device are not stored at icloud unless you've included them as part of your back up plan.
