Hola,

How do I reset the passcode for my Ipod Touch. My son set it and forgot it...Help.

For hzuniga, here's your solution:

1. Connect to iTunes for your computer. NOTE: Before connect to iTunes, make sure put DFU/Recovery Mode.

2. Click Restore.

3. Review and click Restore.

4. After restoring, follow onscreen instructions or setup from your computer.

5. After setup, you're good to go!

Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode if necessary to allow the restore.

If recovery mode does not work try DFU mode.
