I've done everything i'm suppose to do, still applet not loading

i've installed java 7, now applet will not load. tried the commands to reinstall java 6 but nothing. made sure java was inabled still nothing, refreshed page several times. I have a mac 10.8 operating system

MacBook Pro, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.3)
