If I lost my iTunes digital download code can I retrieve it?

Hello, I purchased The Bourne Identity movie and when I went to activate my digital code in my iTunes I had a error occur and my computer restarted before I had a chance to enter in my iTunes code. I went back to the universaldigitalcopy website but it tells me the code has already been used and I don't know how to access the code that I received for my iTunes account to add it to my collection. Is there any information you can give me to help me retrieve my code?
