Need to deactivate apple ID off of stranger's laptop.

A few months ago my friend updated my phone on her ex's computer and accidentally backed up my phone on his computer. A month later he re-stored his phone and told her he could read my messages and what not. I was pretty ticked off. And today my Voxer Walkie-Talkie app changed all my info to his info and all his and my conversations were available. Is there anyway I can deactivate my apple ID account off his laptop? I feel he can see all my photos, messages, and application's information.
