14 days of exchange period is universal?or not? I started to use my ıpad,too. I want to do it in Hungary and they said we cant but I just want to be sure bucause the rules or whatever must be same for all apple product for everywhere?

retailer? In what country?
UPDATED - answered in your other post: You will be governed
by the return/exchange policy of the retailer where you purchased
your iPad.
