I purchased or attempted to purchase a subscription app from within the subscription. It is not working. Thanks to info on these forums I looked up my purchase history and the subscription is not shown there. Thus that is good reason the subscription is not working. That is great except that the app no longer gives me the option to subscribe and when I select "Restore Subscription" I get the following message: "it appears you already have a subscription! Thank you for subscribing!" I tried deleting the app from my iPad and re-opening it on the pad from the App Store. However, the same problem and messages exist. I have no idea how to resolve this, who to contact, etc. I would like to have this subscription that is at least partially hung up out in Cyberspace. Thanks for any help on this!
