How do I remove all of my safari addons?

We'd have to know what you installed - but start with Safari-Preferences-Extensions & turn those off.

Also look at Safari-Help-Installed Plug-Ins & list what shows there (just the main headings) although that will likely contain Flash, which you may not want removed.
