No hard drive on MacBook air?

I am getting the Flashing ? when I try to start up. I try the Disk Utiltiy and the disk verified and sadi it was OK. I tied to reinstall the OS X from the internet restore, like was suggested. That cannot happen because it cannot fine the main partition it only find the recovery partition which has only 1.6 GB its a 128 gig HD. There is not CD drive and I do not have one. What else can I do?? Its a Solid state drive and I am typing from the reocover partion now so I know the disk is not dead!

After you start from the recovery partition, choose utilities and disk utility and run repair disk on the startup partition. If it cannot find the startup partition, which is likely to be the case from your information, take the Air to an Apple store genius bar and have the techs find out why no startup partition is showing up.
