airport wireless
i just bought the imac computer with the airport extreme and connot get the computer to find the airport ( green light is on on the airport but just won't link up) and i can't even get to a setup page what is going on

By default, the AirPort Express will broadcastl an unsecured Wi-Fi network with a network name of something like: Apple Network NNNNNN.
Can the iMac "see" this network? Can it see other Wi-Fi networks in the area? Regardless, try temporarily connecting the iMac directly to the Express via Ethernet. Can the AirPort Utility on the iMac find the Express now?
