my apple tv works but i can´t get it to conect to itunes. What do i do?

the divice works fine, i actully wachted a HD concert and it was awsome. The problem is when i try to conect to itunes through appletv, it does not work. i checked my password and it´s all fine, don´t know what else to do?? Thank you.
