I have a new iPhone 5. But FaceTime is not enabled. It does not appear under "settings". How do I link the number to FaceTime

what country was the phone purchased, some countries do not allow facetime, if purchased in the US then go to settings>general>restrictions, and make sure that face time is turned on.
Thanks.. I will try that. I have two new phones. His n hers. One has the option in settings the other does not.!

Hi. You were partly correct about the country of origin. It turns out that the iPhone sold in Qatar will only work if you have a vodaphone Sim. Vodaphone have exclusive rights to iPhone in Qatar so the phones sold in Qatar only work with their Sim. My other iPhone is from Europe and this works withe the qtel Sim.
