it seems that i need to Re install OS X Lion again but i need the apple id & password

and i dont have any contact with him anymore

So i went to this store which are supposed to be expert with mac and it would cost me lots of money if they fix it but they gave me an option

to buy the OS X Lion CD software and do it myself'

There's not a OS X Lion DVD which it's sold, but Apple sold a OS X Lion Thumb Drive. You can still buy it in Amazon or eBay, and you can use it to reinstall OS X on the MacBook Air without any problem. This is the USB drive you have to buy > http://www.amazon.com/Apple-Lion-10-7-Thumb-Drive/sim/B0089FELB2/2

Then, to install OS X Lion, insert the OS X Lion USB drive, hold the Option (Alt) key while your computer is starting, and select the USB drive to start from it. Then, install OS X as you would do in Recovery, and it won't ask you for the Apple ID. Now, each time you want to reinstall OS X Lion, you will have to use your USB drive
