I have not been able to play my matched songs from the cloud for a few weeks now because I have this new error message popping up and the cloud songs are passed over. What started this and how do I clear it out?
Thanks for your reply but I have no idea what you are telling me. I'm not trying to change anything, I just want to be the way it was...my Apple ID has been the same for several years and I did not change it...so why am I now getting this error message? It makes no sense to me.
