Q: I ordered a book thru iTunes (have ordered many times) the book was not downloaded and I was charged for it. Please tell me what to do

I ordered on my iPad a Ebooks in iTunes (have ordered many times before) for some reason, this time the book was not downloaded, although I was charged for it! Please tell me how I can get the Ebooks I paid for.
