How do I download OSX Leopard?

There is no download of Leopard available. Never has been.

Only Lion and Mountain Lion have been available by download.

The concept of reformating and reinstalling the OS is valid for Windows but is generally a waste of time for OS X.

No legal downloads. All downloads advertised have nasty additions you do not want.

Call 1-800-676-2775 for a replacement copy of your original install disks.

If Apple cannot provide them, check ebay or amazon for legal Leopard disk. Could cost $180.

OS X Leopard was included on disc when you purchased the Mini. If you have misplaced yours contact Apple and inquire about obtaining a replacement, since aftermarket copies are rare and expensive. You will need your Mini's serial number. Apple charges a nominal fee for replacement discs.

OS X 10.6.8, as in your profile, is Snow Leopard. You can purchase it from Apple:
