submitted a book - one chapter needed a name - added the name - and think i resubmitted it - not sure

What are the steps to make a correction for a book that is being reviewed and then try to resubmit it. I know it does not want me to start a new package, so I opened the previous package and clicked deliver. Is that all there is and why is it not acknowledged as a delivered revision - thanks
