Is apple able to see many dropped calls I have had?
My iPhone 4 has been dropping a lot of calls lately, I'm wondering if the apple store has the ability to see how many dropped calls I've had when I bring it into support.

No. Apple has no access to your account with your carrier.
Why would Apple need access anyways? The carrier owns the network and is responsible for maintaining it. Have you contacted them about the dropped call issue?
Why would apple need access to my carrier account? I'm asking if the iPhone keeps a log that apple can access when they are trying to diagnose hardware problems. A log the phone keeps for it's self.
I recently brought my iPhone in for repair and they replaced the battery. Now my phone dropps calls once or twice a day when it never used to drop any.
