I noticed that the latest versions of iTunes have become very slow and sluggish when trying to edit info of content.
When I click "Get Info" and I try to edit, it takes a long time to get to the windows with the info.
iTunes used to be so much faster before

Dude it's easy it can be some kind of junk files which r affecting ur system try reinstalling ur lion OSX maybe it will help u or u should consult an apple expert at apple premium resellers
I actually did a reinstall. I also used utilities like Techtool Pro and MacKeeper to clean up my main HD.
It's only iTunes that is slow in responding, and it started doing that a few months ago after I upgraded to the "new look" iTunes.
It looks like something I just have to live with
