Hi, I tried to sync my ipod touch but got the message "an unknown error occurred (13019)."

I've tried erasing all content and settings, restoring to factory settings, and nothing helps. I also tried manually selecting the music I wanted to sync, but then i got to a certain point and the error message comes up again (at that point the usage was under a third of the way used). Any ideas on how to solve this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
