There is something wrong with the download of the Windows 7/8 support software...
I have just recently purchased Windows 8 Pro and an external hard drive for downloading the Windows support software. However, when I tried to do so, the progress bar was (and still is) stuck in the middle, even after sitting overnight. Are there any solutions to this problem?
