How do I sync notes on my iPhone with notes on iCloud?

I'm running iOS 6.1.3. Calendar & contact entries made on iphone 5 automatically show up on icloud but not entries my notes. I use notes to jot ideas or comments at various points throughout the day...I see that I have various Notes accounts . Is there any way to move easily get all my iPhone notes to sync with the iCloud account?
