Hello,
I am trying to update my bank details on apple ID, whenever I enter bank card no, expiry date, code but it say your payment is not valid or accepted, where as my bank card is valid I have even checked with bank it's working I don online shopping as well with my India bank debit card than why it is not accepted on my apple account.
It ll ne my pleasure if you could fix it ASAP as I can't purchase any apple apps for my iPhone 4S.

Make sure that your billing address matches your banks credit card. Call your bank and make sure that you have it set up properly.

We here cannot fix anything, I'm afraid. But we do try to guide.
I took up a problem like this a few days ago and in researching it I found that while debit cards are accepted from approved banks in most countrys, India can be one of the exceptions to the rule.

Debit Card: Apple Support Communities
You can use credit cards backed by a bank from the country you reside in and for that you can use that country's App store. If you go to 'View my account' and on to edit payment informatiion, you will see mini icons of all the acceptable cards.
