How to privately share an iCloud calander with non-iCloud user?

I know how to do the following two things

1)privately share an iCloud calander with another iCloud user

2)publicaly share an iCloud calander with non-iCloud user.

But what I need to do is to share privately with a non-iCloud user.

Is there a way to get the private (ICAL) address of an iCloud calander, that allows us to share this calander with a non-iCloud user?
